Spicy Lemon Coriander Noodles

- carrot70 g

- tomato ketchup15 g

Boil 200g noodles in plenty of water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion (150g) and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

Add the julienned carrot (70g) and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss well to combine with the vegetables.
