Crack the 6 large eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Set aside.
Heat 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 chopped green chillies and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add 2 diced medium tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil starts to separate, about 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of chicken masala, and
5 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Allow them to set slightly, then gently scramble the mixture, folding the masala into the eggs.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just cooked through but still soft and creamy.
Remove from heat and serve hot with toast or paratha.
