Garlic Herb Chicken with Green Beans

Instructions

1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2

In a large bowl, combine the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.

3. 3

Place the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. 4

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

5. 5

While the chicken is baking, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

6. 6

After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and spread the garlic and herb soft cheese over each drumstick.

7. 7

Add the blanched green beans to the baking sheet around the chicken.

8. 8

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
