Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the broth. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
Add the bamboo shoots to the broth and let them heat through.
Slice the boiled eggs in half and set aside.
Chop the green onions finely.
To serve, divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Ladle the hot broth with chicken and bamboo shoots over the noodles.
Top each bowl with two halves of a boiled egg, a sprinkle of green onions, and sesame seeds.
