1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small saucepan, melt the 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
Place the 8 slices of thick-cut white bread on a baking sheet.
Using a brush, generously spread the garlic butter mixture on both sides of each bread slice.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
