Litchi Custard Delight

   Peel and deseed the litchis, then chop them into small pieces.

   In a saucepan, mix the litchi custard powder with a small amount of water to form a smooth paste.

   Add the remaining water to the saucepan and stir well to combine.

   Place the saucepan over medium heat and add the sugar, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

   Once the custard has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.

   Fold in the chopped litchis into the custard mixture.

   Pour the litchi custard into serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
