Instructions

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, hot peppers, and fresh coriander.

Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn translucent.

Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, and garam masala. Stir well and cook for 1 minute to release the flavors.
