1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onions to the skillet and cook until they are soft and translucent.
Stir in the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and dill pickle slices.
Spoon the beef mixture into each bell pepper, filling them to the top.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top of each stuffed pepper before serving.
