Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are slightly tender.
Add the paneer cubes to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix well.
In a baking dish, layer the paneer and bell pepper mixture.
Pour the milk evenly over the mixture.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it generously over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
