Shahi Paneer Masala
Ingredients

- tomatoes240 g

- garlic paste15 g
- red chilli powder2 g
- turmeric powder1 g

- chilli flakes2 g

Instructions

Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

Finely chop the onions and tomatoes.

Heat 2 tbsp (30ml) oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add 1 tbsp (15g) garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and oil starts to separate.

Add 1 tsp (2g) red chilli powder,

5 tbsp (10g) shahi paneer masala. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add 100g curd and mix thoroughly. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid curdling.

Pour in 200ml milk and stir well to form a smooth gravy. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Add the paneer cubes and 1 tsp (6g) salt. Mix gently and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Sprinkle 1 tsp (2g) chilli flakes and 2 tbsp (8g) chopped coriander over the curry. Mix gently.

Simmer for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
