1Cut the paneer into thin slices.
Slice the jalapenos into thin rings.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the paneer slices to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Spread the remaining butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place 4 bread slices, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
Spread 1 tablespoon of ketchup on each of the 4 bread slices.
Place the cooked paneer slices evenly on top of the ketchup.
Add the jalapeno rings on top of the paneer slices.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the jalapenos.
Cover each sandwich with the remaining 4 bread slices, buttered side up.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each sandwich until the bread is golden brown and crispy on both sides.
