1Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Increase the heat to high and add the broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green and slightly tender.
Add the halved garlic grapes to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour the soy sauce over the broccoli and grapes, and sprinkle the crushed chilli cookies over the mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and coat them with the sauce.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, either as a side dish or over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
