In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rava (semolina), 2 medium boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
