Stir in the chopped capers, olives, and anchovies. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Add the chopped parsley and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm as a side dish or over pasta.
