In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the fresh strawberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, spread the whipped cream over the top of the cake.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings and additional strawberries if desired.
