Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small baking pan (about 20x20 cm) with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the mixed nuts and set aside.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter, honey, and brown sugar together, stirring until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is dissolved.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the cinnamon, chili powder, and salt until well combined.

Add the rolled oats and chopped mixed nuts to the saucepan. Mix thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the spiced syrup.
