On a lightly floured surface, roll out the 200g pizza dough into a thin, round crust about 30cm (12 inches) in diameter.

Transfer the rolled dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.

Spread the 100g homemade tomato pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
