Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruits are soft and the mixture has thickened.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Transfer the chutney to a sterilized jar and let it cool completely before sealing.
Store in the refrigerator and use within a few weeks.
