Peach Mint Cooler

   Peel and pit the peaches, then cut them into small pieces.

   In a blender, combine the peach pieces, lime juice, honey, and fresh mint leaves.

   Blend the mixture until smooth.

   Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is slushy.

   Pour the mixture into glasses.

   Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
