   Spoon half of the Cocowhip (or white whip cream) over the cheesecake chunks.

   Sprinkle half of the cacao nibs over the whipped layer.

   Drizzle half of the chocolate drizzle over the cacao nibs.

   Repeat the layers with the remaining ice cream sandwich cubes, cheesecake chunks, Cocowhip, cacao nibs, and chocolate drizzle.

   Serve immediately for a soft parfait, or chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for a firmer texture.
