1Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Dredge the chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it reduce by half, about 5 minutes.
Lower the heat and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
