1In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a smooth dough. Knead well and set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add the finely chopped onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until they are soft.
Add the finely chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt to taste. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
Place a spoonful of the mushroom filling in the center of each circle. Fold and pleat the edges to seal the momos.
Steam the momos in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
