Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
