Spicy Cheese and Sausage Pinwheels

   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

   Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin to make it easier to roll.

   Grate the cheese and set it aside.

   Slice each hotdog sausage lengthwise into thin strips.

   Place a layer of grated cheese on each slice of bread.

   Add a few strips of hotdog sausage on top of the cheese.

   Carefully roll each slice of bread into a tight pinwheel.

   Secure each pinwheel with a toothpick to hold its shape.

   Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
