2Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Roast the chestnuts for about 20 minutes or until they are tender.
Once roasted, peel the chestnuts and place them in a food processor. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in short bursts.
Add the melted chocolate, coconut cream, and maple syrup to the chestnut paste. Blend until well combined.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
Once firm, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat them evenly.
