1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Slice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet with the broccoli.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and serve immediately.
