Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chicken breast and cook until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove and shred the chicken.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, cooked rice, tomato sauce, and oregano. Mix well.
Stuff each bell pepper with the meat and rice mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to slightly brown the tops.
