Simple ORS Saline

Instructions

   Measure 1 teaspoon of salt and 6 teaspoons of sugar.

   Pour 1 liter of clean water into a clean container.

   Add the salt and sugar to the water.

   Stir the mixture thoroughly until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.

   Ensure the solution is clear and free of any undissolved particles.

   The ORS solution is now ready to use. Store it in a clean, covered container and use within 24 hours.
