1Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the ricotta cheese, sugar, and Greek yogurt to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
