Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and sear the other side for 1 minute.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in 1 cup of Belisimo Marsala wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Add 1 cup of marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the salmon fillet to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the salmon.
Garnish with 1 tablespoon of fresh dill before serving.
Serve the Marsala Marinara Glazed Salmon hot, spooning extra sauce over each portion.
