Litchi Custard Parfait

   Peel and deseed the litchis, then chop them into small pieces.

   In a saucepan, mix the litchi custard powder with 300ml of water and 60g of sugar.

   Stir the mixture continuously over medium heat until it thickens and comes to a boil.

   Once thickened, remove the custard from the heat and let it cool slightly.

   In serving glasses, layer the chopped litchis and the custard alternately.

   Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

   Serve the Litchi Custard Parfait chilled and enjoy!
