Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Return the salmon to the skillet and gently stir to coat the salmon with the sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
