1Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a small bowl, zest and juice the oranges. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the orange juice and zest, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix well to create the glaze.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
Flip the chicken thighs and pour the orange glaze over them.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the orange glazed chicken with your choice of side dishes.
