Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Stir in the red pepper flakes and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimp and tomato mixture. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
Serve the spicy shrimp pasta with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese on top.
