1Remove the crusts from the whole wheat bread slices and crumble them into fine pieces using your hands or a food processor.

Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more balls.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the bread cheese balls in the pan and cook, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
Remove the balls from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
