Rocky Road Dessert Cups

   Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.

   Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and let it cool slightly.

   In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.

   Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow, nut, and fruit mixture. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with chocolate.

   Divide the mixture evenly among the 4 plastic cups, pressing down gently to compact the mixture.

   Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate has set.
