Istruzioni
- 1
Pour the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 2
Add the instant noodles and cook until they are just tender, approximately 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Reserve the seasoning packets for another use, if included.
- 3
Melt the butter in a clean skillet over medium-low heat. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma.
- 4
Add the sugar and stir continuously for 30–60 seconds, until the sugar begins to dissolve and caramelize. Do not allow it to burn.
- 5
Slowly pour in the whole milk while stirring carefully, as the mixture may bubble. Add the salt and cook over low heat until the caramel dissolves and the sauce becomes smooth.
- 6
Add the drained noodles to the skillet. Toss gently and simmer for 1–2 minutes, until the noodles are evenly coated and have absorbed some of the caramelized butter-milk sauce.
- 7
Remove from the heat and serve immediately while warm.
