In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chili flakes to create the Polynesian BBQ sauce.
Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced flank steak to the hot pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the red bell pepper and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until just tender.
