Classic Instant Coffee

Instructions

   Heat water until hot, but not boiling.

   Place 2 teaspoons of instant coffee granules into a mug.

   Pour 1 cup of hot water into the mug, over the coffee granules.

   Stir the coffee and hot water together until the coffee granules are completely dissolved.

   Add sugar to your taste and stir until dissolved.

   If desired, add milk or cream to your taste, and stir to combine.

   Taste and adjust sugar and milk or cream if necessary.

   Serve the coffee immediately while hot.
