1In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and instant yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved and foamy.
Add the milk, honey, and melted unsalted butter to the yeast mixture. Stir well to combine.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 to
5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Punch down the dough to release the air, then shape it into a loaf.
Place the shaped dough into a greased loaf pan, cover it again, and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes until it has risen above the edge of the pan.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
