In a large bowl, combine 400g all-purpose flour, 7g active dry yeast, and 1 tsp salt. Mix well.

Add 250ml warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
