Nutella Dark Fantasy Truffles

   Crush the Dark Fantasy cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

   In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with Nutella. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and holds together.

   Using your hands, form small balls from the mixture, about the size of a truffle.

   Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until fully coated.

   Place the truffles on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
